Georgina Lee Walker is a Toronto-based Artist born in Calgary, Alberta working primarily as an oil painter. She holds a BFA from OCAD University, and has participated in group shows, auctions, and fundraisers, as well the Hermitage Young Artists program residency in St. Petersburg, Russia. She also works as a Scenic Artist in film and television, which has influenced her artistic practice. Her frequent resettlement as a young person has challenged her to evaluate the role of place in art-making, and the ways in which we can create home within ourselves.
